Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Warren Barratt brings to Epitome extensive financial and business expertise including financial reporting, initial public offerings, private equity and debt placements, investor relations, strategic planning, risk management, and mergers and acquisitions. Most recently, Warren was Chief Financial Officer of ONCURA, Inc., a multi-national medical device company. Warren has also held the position of Chief Financial Officer or Senior Vice President Finance and Administration with public and private companies in the software/services, veterinary services, physician practice management and document management industries. Warren began his professional career in public accounting, where he became a Senior Manager with Price Waterhouse. Warren has a Bachelors of Science in Commerce degree from the University of Virginia and a Masters in Business Administration degree from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.
