Vincent J. Rogusky
Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer

Vince Rogusky brings significant leadership skills, a broad business background, entrepreneurial experience, and a history of innovative and creative approaches to business growth to his role as Founder, President, and CEO of Epitome Systems. His development and implementation of the Corporate Spinout Program, designed for the commercialization of technology in Fortune 500 companies, served as the platform for the creation of Epitome Systems, which he founded in partnership with GMAC Commercial Holdings.

Vince is a former executive and veteran of the financial services industry, with experience ranging from establishing global sales and distribution partnerships to integrating the engineering and production of products for worldwide applications. Most recently, he was a Venture Partner and Entrepreneur-in-Residence at PA Early Stage Partners, a leading early stage private equity firm, and was the Senior Vice President of NY-based Julien J. Studley, Inc., the nation’s leading firm in commercial real estate advisory services to corporations. Previously, Vince directed development and marketing operations for Linpro (LCOR), a national commercial real estate development firm, and managed global sales initiatives and operations for Lutron Electronics, Inc., the world’s leading manufacturer of electronic lighting control systems.

Vince earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and performed postgraduate studies at Lehigh University.
